Specialty workshops, symposia and courses

SCCT offers specialty hands-on workshops and didactic courses prior to the main scientific program designed to give an in-depth look at targeted techniques and technologies. Pre-program events will be held on Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18 and require separate registration.

Annual Scientific Meeting

Includes:

• Educational Sessions on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Access to the Exhibit Hall
• Complimentary ticket to the Friday night Welcome Reception
• Access to the SCCT2024 Mobile App
• Recorded content for future review

Registration discounts for the SCCT2024 Scientific Sessions are available under the following circumstances:

• Physician/Scientist members who reside and practice in a low-income country as defined by the World Bank are eligible to receive a $300 discount on registration fees.
• Resident/Fellow/Technologist members who reside and practice in a low-income country as defined by the World Bank are eligible to receive a $100 discount on registration fees.
• Physician/Scientist members who are active duty military are eligible to receive a $300 discount on registration fees.

Members of press and trade journals may receive complimentary registration to SCCT2024. Contact Claire Johns at cjohns@scct.org for more information.

Registration cancellation policy

The SCCT2024 conference fee is partially refundable if you cancel your registration by 11:59pm EST on May 31, 2024. Any cancellation made by May 31, 2024 is subject to a $250 administration fee. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund. 

The registration fees for all workshops and academies are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation of conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.

Photography Release

By attending the SCCT Annual Scientific Meeting, attendees agree to allow their names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format recorded onsite to be used by SCCT for educational and promotional purposes.
