Benefits of exhibiting

• The Attendee Reception on Friday, July 10, 2026 from 6:30 - 7:15pm PT takes place in the Exhibit Hall. This reception is open to all registered SCCT2026 attendees. 
• Scientific poster sessions, educational sessions, all conference food and beverage and more are located in the Exhibit Hall to bring in high attendee traffic. 
• SCCT2026 is promoted to more than 15,000 cardiologists, radiologists, technologists, nurses and other key decision makers in the field of cardiovascular CT.
• Only exhibitors are eligible to host sponsored satellite symposia during the meeting. (Limited availability)
• Your company's name and booth number will be listed in the SCCT2026 final program, on signage onsite, on the SCCT2026 website and on the SCCT2026 mobile app.

Important Information

Booth rental fees

Exhibit fees are $39 per square foot (in US dollars) for in-line, non-island booths. For booths of 10' x 20' or larger that are half (or more) of a 20' x 20' island, exhibit fees are $43 per square foot (US dollars). The smallest booth space available is 10' x 10'.

Included in booth rental fee:

• An 8' high back wall and 3' side rails with drapery, ID booth sign with company's/organization's name and booth number.
• Tickets to the Attendee Reception on Friday, July 10, 6:30pm - 7:15pm PT.
• Company name listed in the SCCT2026 final program, on signage at the meeting and on the SCCT2026 website and on the SCCT2026 mobile app.
• Security guards (Exhibit Hall only).
• Two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges per 100sq. ft. of exhibit space; two (2) additional discounted exhibitor badges are available per 100 sq. ft. for a fee of $350 each.

Exhibit booth representation

Each exhibiting company is allotted two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space. Two (2) additional discounted exhibitor badges are available per 100 sq. ft. for a fee of $350 each.

The online exhibitor registration portal will close on June 12. Any staff additions or substitutions will be subject to a $25 processing fee after June 12.

Please note: Complimentary badges are now provided to SCCT Partners; please refer to our 2026 Prospectus and your company agreement to see allotment. 

All exhibitors are welcome to attend all SCCT2026 program activities, except for the pre-program sessions on Wednesday, July 8 and Thursday, July 9, 2026 that require separate registration; exhibitors are welcome to attend pre-program sessions that are included with SCCT2026 registration. 

Please Note: Continuing Medical Education (CME and ASRT) credit will not be granted to exhibitors. Exhibitor personnel may attend CME and CE program activities and obtain credit by registering and paying the full SCCT2026 meeting registration fee.

Booths must be kept open and staffed daily during scheduled exhibit hours by exhibitor’s staff. Breaking down or packaging up of materials earlier than 4:00pm PT, Saturday, July 11, 2026 is prohibited.

Application for space

The application for space and the official notice of assignment constitute a contract for the rights to use the space allotted.
