SCCT Advisory Council

The SCCT Advisory Council (SCCTAC) provides support and guidance to the SCCT Board of Directors from the perspective of industry, policy, academia and patients.  SCCTAC participants are committed to working with SCCT to advance the field of cardiovascular CT in support of optimal patient outcomes, and the group plays a vital role in promoting and enhancing collaboration and communication between the SCCT leadership and the general community on mutual objectives and strategies to improve cardiovascular health.

Membership

SCCTAC member organizations are invited to join the SCCTAC by the SCCT leadership, and nominations from existing SCCTAC members are welcome. SCCT requests a three-year commitment from member companies as the best way to support consistent and sustainable initiatives. Member organizations and individuals can be based anywhere in the world, and may include:

• companies with products and services that serve the cardiovascular CT field;
• individuals or groups with policy or regulatory expertise relevant to reimbursement and positioning of cardiovascular CT in the U.S. or other countries;
• individuals or institutions involved in cardiovascular imaging research, education and accreditation;
• patient advocate groups
