This two day interactive course provides hands-on training with workstations to determine which data are essential in the interpretation of patient scans in order to best perform TAVI/TAVR procedures.

Learn how to use cardiovascular CT to optimize clinical outcomes in TAVI/TAVR with a focus on annular sizing, device selection, and reduction in complications.

Learning Objectives:

Demonstrate the use of cardiovascular CT to optimize clinical outcomes in TAVI/TAVR with a focus on annular sizing, device selection, and reduction in complications

Determine which data are essential to the interpretation of the patient scan in order to perform TAVI/TAVR procedures

Learn how to design and use cardiovascular CT scanning for TAVI/TAVR planning with a focus on technical optimization

Identify the latest developments in CT imaging for transcatheter valve placement within an existing valve prosthesis

Identify complications in TAVI/TAVR procedures such as annular rupture, coronary occlusion, and vascular access injury
