By submitting an exhibitor application, the applicant is agreeing to the Rules and Regulations that govern the Exhibit Hall for the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography’s (SCCT) 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting (SCCT2026). These regulations are part of the Exhibit Space Application & Contract and constitute a binding contract between the Exhibitor and SCCT. They have been formatted in the best interest of the Exhibitor, and we ask full cooperation of the Exhibitor in their observance. Any detail not specified is subject to decision by SCCT.

Friday, July 10: 9am - 11:45am; 12:45pm - 7:10pm PT
Saturday, July 11: 9am - 12:30pm; 1:30pm - 4:00pm PT

SCCT Exhibit Deadlines

• March 27 – Cancellations must be received in writing to Candice McGaw at cmcgaw@scct.org. 50% of the booth fee will be refunded if cancellation is received on or before March 27.
• April 24 – Deadline for island booth exhibits to submit blueprint
• April 24 – Certificate of Liability Insurance due to Candice McGaw at cmgaw@scct.org
• Booth payment due 30 days post-invoice or before on-site arrival if within 30 days
• June 10 - July 3 – Advanced shipments can arrive with delivery to booth for move in
• June 12 – Exhibitor registrations due
• June 15 – Hotel cut-off date for discount
  
• July 8 - July 9 – Onsite shipments are permitted
• July 9 – Exhibit installation completed by 4:30 pm PT
• July 11 – Exhibits dismantled by 9pm PT

Booth rental fees

Exhibit fees are $39 per square foot (in US dollars) for in-line, non-island booths. For booths of 10' x 20' or larger that are half (or more) of a 20 x 20 island, exhibit fees are $43 per square foot (US dollars). The smallest booth space available is 10' x 10'.
