Severe stenosis of the left anterior descending coronary artery in a 53 year old patient with chest pain


3-D reconstruction of the heart obtained by contrast-enhanced CT in a patient following bypass surgery. Visible are one arterial graft to the left anterior descending coronary artery (accompanied by numerous metal clips to close off side branches) and two vein grafts, one to the left circumflex artery, the other one to the right coronary artery.
