It will encompass a exploration of all aspects of cardiovascular CT with emphasis on scan interpretation related to day to day clinical practice.

Limited didactic lectures with strong emphasis on image-based case examples, interactive sessions with faulty are designed to increase the competency and performance. The course includes interactive sessions that will focus on the "core" knowledge that every practitioner of cardiovascular CT is expected to know, across a wide range of topics, such as coronary evaluation, plaque features, grafts, valvular heart disease, transcatheter valve planning, structural heart disease, pericardial pathology and other commonly encountered clinical scenarios. Course highlights include independent workstations, actual cases selected for their teaching potential, and one on one interaction with faculty.

Faculty:

  • To learn how to systematically review non-coronary cardiac findings.
  • Understand the use of cardiac CT for TAVR planning with introduction to basic case post-processing.
