A $150 application fee is required. You will be asked to remit the fee following the submission of your online application.

Note: Annual SCCT membership dues will increase by $100 upon acceptance. Membership must be maintained to preserve MSCCT status. Lapsed MSCCTs must pay the $100 member dues for the years they were lapsed or re-apply.

The clinical track must meet at least four (4) of the following criteria. The scientific track must meet all of the following criteria.
List of peer-reviewed publicationsPublished at least twenty (20) peer-reviewed manuscripts, chapters with cardiovascular CT focus or impact CT (including at least three first or senior authored paper) and at least one (1) scientific statement or guideline in the field of imaging. Alternatively, if no statement or guideline authored, ther criteria is revised to forty (40) peer-reviewed manuscripts, chapters with cardiovascular CT focus or impact CT (including at least five (5) first or senior authored papers).
List of lecturesGiven twenty (20) talks regionally or nationally related to cardiovascular CT, or online educational activities.
List of SCCT faculty participationActive participant in ten (10) SCCT activities, such as: Faculty at the SCCT Annual Scientific Meeting Faculty at an SCCT Workshop Faculty of an online educational; activity
Volunteerism with SCCTVolunteerism, including: Board of Director membership Committee chairship
Meeting attendanceAttended the SCCT Annual Scientific Meeting seven (7) of the previous ten (10) years.
Community statusDocumentation of status as medical director, committee chair or working group at the local imaging level or national system.
Has your medical license ever been suspended, terminated or reduced in scope? *	Yes No N/A
