Latest Lancet publication with results from world’s largest coronary CT registry (ORFAN)

The webinar will cover the results of the landmark study, titled “Inflammatory risk and cardiovascular events in patients without obstructive coronary artery disease (The Oxford Risk Factors And Non-invasive imaging study): A multicentre, longitudinal cohort study.” The ORFAN registry is the world’s largest study that evaluates coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) imaging biomarkers in predicting long-term cardiovascular outcomes. The Lancet publication includes analysis results from ORFAN’s first 40,000 patients enrolled, and shows cardiac events due to coronary inflammation can be predicted at least 10 years in advance.
