Does SCCT have advocacy efforts ongoing for international members?
Share |

Very much so! Policies that are adopted in one country very often have major influence over policies in many others.  As one example among many, the U.K.’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) issues many influential guidance documents that are closely reviewed by other agencies around the world. SCCT’s 13 International Regional Committees (IRC’s) are our Society’s “eyes and ears” to those agencies. Regardless as to where you live and work, we need your involvement!
