Registration cancellation policy

The SCCT Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Symposium registration fee is partially refundable if you cancel your registration by 11:59pm EST on May 31, 2020. Any cancellation made by May 31, 2020 is subject to a $75 administration fee. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in refund. 

Cancellation of conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. 

In the event that the educational meeting, workshop or event does not take place, registration fees will be refunded.
