The SCCT/ASPC Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Symposium registration fee is partially refundable if you cancel your registration by 11:59pm EST on May 31, 2019. Any cancellation made by May 31, 2019 is subject to a $75 administration fee. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in refund.
Cancellation of conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
