The registration fee includes continental breakfasts, refreshments, lunches and the course syllabus. Dinner arrangements are left to individuals.

Workstations will be provided by Philips.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If a cancellation request is received 14 days or more before the start of the course, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. If a replacement from a waiting list is available, the registration fee less a $100 administrative fee will be refunded. Within 14 days of the course, the entire registration fee is non-refundable. However, in case of emergency, requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
